Shania Twain Preps for Her Caesars Palace Residency
“I feel like I’ve climbed a very giant mountain and I’m standing right on top with my arms opened wide, breathing rarified air,” Shania Twain said of becoming the next superstar headliner at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace. And now, as you read this, Twain is somewhere planning for the December 2012 launch of her show “Shania: Still The One.”
“I will now let my imagination run wild,” Twain told fans, saying she’s entering “a world of endless creative possibilities” as she prepares to bring her “pop country spin” to Las Vegas. Twain said the two-year residency will allow her to design an amazing experience for her fans. “This is a huge freedom and I’m going to go nuts.”
Twain, the top-selling female country artist of all time, has sold more than 75 million albums worldwide and had 18 top-ten songs, eight of which reached No. 1 in the United States.
